Who am I?

I am French-Swiss of Spanish origin and have been a real estate agent in Spain for over 15 years. Today my job as a Real Estate Personal Shopper or apartment hunter (thank you Stéphane Plaza) places me exclusively on the buyer's side, unlike the traditional real estate agent. My always positive attitude and my desire to create relationships of trust seem fundamental to me in the objective of acquiring real estate.

Once I know what you are looking for I target the properties and sort them after visiting them. When I find the property that suits you, I establish a file for you including all the geographic details, environmental, neighborhood, distance to the various services, photos and 360 º virtual tour. You will know everything about these properties, the good sides but also the less good ones. In fact, I am your eyes here on site and I know your expectations and needs! Once we have selected together the properties that suit you I organize and accompany you for the visits.

You will not have to come several days in Spain and several times during the research so you save the costs of the trips, the hotel, extras, ... Moreover, after advising you, I could negotiate the property chosen for you at the best price, between 5 % and 20 % of the advertised price! Many people worried wondering if they shouldn't get a lawyer before buying in Spain, with me you won't have to go through this, I'm here to defend your interests all the time. And finally if I save you time, don't we say that time is money?

I accompany you for everything, for the request of the N.I.E (Foreign Identification Number) required to buy in Spain and for the opening of a bank account. Once your decision is made there is the compromise, the search in the Property Registry, the Cadastre and the preparation of the minute for the final signature before notary. Then there are the changes for water, electricity, gas, internet, alarm, ... If you need to do work, I know professionals in the sector with whom we can quickly obtain quotes and discuss the smallest details.
